PCH Business Consultants is a Business Growth Consultancy with a difference, with almost 30 associates and experts, focussing on £multimillion Engineering, Manufacturing and Technology companies, but with experience across most sectors.
Ensuring overwhelmed business leaders do a lot less firefighting, improve profitability, improve revenues, find more strategic time and start to think differently using a “right to left” approach to business growth, designing the business for success.

Working with us is a collaborative, long term commitment on both sides. Working together, asking questions, we discover the heart of your business. We reset personal goals. We put the business operations under the microscope. This is the most intensive but inspirational stage for clients. We follow our instinct, our intuition – to the moment of insight.

About Our Founder
Paul Holmes founded PCH Business Consultants 6 years ago – having witnessed so many exceptional business owners have their dreams crash and burn – despite having everything going for them.
Paul has an impressive corporate Engineering career in the manufacturing, innovation and technology sectors, combining high level strategic experience with operational expertise.
He has worked with many 100’s of businesses to grow, overcome challenges, deal with overwhelm and more recently, survive, adapt or even thrive through the pandemic.
